Oblica
Oblica is a domestic olive variety. If we consider the quality, it is our best variety. The Oblica trees have lush, upright growth and a rounded canopy. The leaf is dark green, pointed, with slightly curved edges along its length. Oblica has a large fruit, weighing 2.5 - 10 grams, and contains up to 20% or more oil. The Oblica is used both as an oil olive and as a table olive.
Levantinka
Levantinka is the third most widespread domestic olive variety. Levantinka develops a tall, lush tree with a rounded canopy. It bears fruit in clusters. The fruit is medium-sized, with an average weight of around 5 grams. It contains about 15% high-quality oil.

Lastovka
Lastovka is an olive variety originating from the island of Korčula. Levantinka develops a very lush tree with a rounded canopy. The leaf is large, wide, and long. The fruit is medium-sized, ellipsoid, and slightly curved towards the top. This variety bears fruit in clusters, with each cluster containing between three and five fruits. The average fruit weight is around 4.5 grams, and it contains up to 22% excellent quality oil.
Istarska bjelica
The tree has vigorous growth, a dense canopy, and upright branches, requiring more extensive pruning. The leaf is spiral and green in color. The fruit is oval, medium-sized, and weighs around 4 grams. The oil content in the fruit reaches up to 24% of very high-quality oil.
