Respecting tradition, OPG Šišak produces organic extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively through the mechanical cold pressing process. We offer extra virgin olive oil of various varieties.
Organic oil
The mass of crushed seeds or fruits is pressed without the addition of heat energy at a maximum of 40-50 °C, then immediately coarsely filtered through a sieve and bottled. The oils are more intense in flavor and less is obtained from the same amount of mixture than hot-pressed oils.

Organic olive oil production
We produce about 600 liters of olive oil annually, most of which is sold immediately after processing. Dubravice and Skradin are known for their organic production, and at the gates of the Krka National Park, in this part of Dubravice, Prispa, nature has provided perfect conditions for growing olives.

The proud heritage of our ancestors
Our olive grove has 130 trees, some of which are over 100 years old, nurtured by four generations of the Šišak family. In addition to oblice, lastovke, leccino, buža, istrian bjelica and levantinka, we also proudly grow our own indigenous variety – Skradinska krvavica.
